Refund Policy

    Last updated: August 17, 2026

    Overview

    This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions to the Daniks.AI platform, operated by Daniks LTD ("Daniks.AI," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

    Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This policy is designed to align with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Paddle's terms or under applicable law.

    14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — No Exceptions

    You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment, for any reason, within 14 days of the date that payment was made — regardless of the plan you chose, your billing frequency, or how much you have used the Service during those 14 days. You do not need to give a reason, and no exceptions apply.

    • The guarantee covers the first payment you make when starting a paid subscription. Subsequent renewal payments are not covered — see "Renewals and Payments Older Than 14 Days" below.
    • The 14-day period starts on the date your first payment is taken, as shown on your Paddle receipt.
    • Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method used at checkout.
    • Once a refund is issued, your paid subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends; you can start a new subscription at any time.

    Free Trial

    Where offered, our free trial (currently 14 days) lets you evaluate Daniks.AI before paying anything. You are not charged at any point during the free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged, and you only begin paying when you choose to continue on a paid subscription. The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies in addition to, not instead of, the free trial: it starts from your first payment, not from the start of the trial.

    Renewals and Payments Older Than 14 Days

    Renewal payments, and any payment made more than 14 days ago, are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. When you cancel, you stop future renewals and retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period. Notwithstanding the above, we will review and, where appropriate, issue refunds outside the 14-day guarantee in the following circumstances:

    • Billing errors: duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges made after a valid cancellation;
    • Unauthorized charges: payments you can demonstrate were not authorized by you or your organization;
    • Service unavailability: a material technical fault attributable to us that prevents you from using the Service for a significant period and that we are unable to resolve; and
    • Where required by law: any refund or cancellation right that applies to you under mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law.

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no notice period required, from within your account settings, by emailing us at [email protected], or through Paddle's buyer portal using the link in your receipt. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling stops automatic renewals and automated campaign optimization. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — if your first subscription payment was made within the last 14 days and you would like it refunded, please request it as described below.

    Paddle — Our Merchant of Record

    Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This means Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, or Paddle.com Inc. for customers in the United States) processes your payment, issues your invoice, and processes any refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout; Paddle processes refunds within 14 days of approval, and they typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Your purchase and any refund are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

    How to Request a Refund

    You can request a refund in either of two ways:

    • Contact us: email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, including your account email, the order or invoice number from your Paddle receipt (if available), and the date and amount of the charge; or
    • Contact Paddle directly: use the "Request refund" link in the receipt email you received from Paddle, or visit paddle.net and select "Request refund".

    Requests relating to your first subscription payment and submitted within 14 days of that payment are approved without further conditions. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

    Chargebacks

    If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank — a refund request is almost always resolved faster. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, authorized charge may result in suspension of your account. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

    Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
